Your First Visit, Step by Step

  1. We Start with a Conversation

When you arrive, we’ll sit down together and I’ll ask you about your health history, your current symptoms, what you’ve already tried, and what your wellness goals are. This isn’t a rushed intake form. It’s a real conversation. I want to understand the whole picture, including the things doctors may have brushed off or told you were normal.

  2. ZYTO Bioscan Assessment

You’ll place your hand on the ZYTO Hand Cradle, a small FDA-cleared medical device that measures your body’s galvanic skin response (GSR). The ZYTO software sends digital signatures representing hundreds of items: foods, supplements, organs, and body systems, and measures how your body responds to each one. The scan is completely painless, non-invasive, and takes about 4 to 5 minutes.

  3. Reviewing Your ZYTO Results

Once your scan is complete, we’ll review the results together. I’ll walk you through what the report is showing, discuss any areas of stress or imbalance that stand out, and explain how those findings connect to the symptoms and concerns we discussed during your intake.

  4. Muscle Response Testing (MRT)

Next we use Muscle Response Testing to dig even deeper. By combining what you shared during our initial conversation with the insights from your ZYTO scan, we can focus on the issues most relevant to your symptoms and wellness goals.

MRT works with your body’s own electrical and energy systems to help identify potential stressors, sensitivities, and underlying imbalances that may be contributing to how you’re feeling. This targeted approach allows us to pinpoint the possible root causes rather than simply addressing symptoms. The process is gentle, non-invasive, and requires no needles or equipment.

  5. Your Personalized Wellness Plan

Based on everything we’ve uncovered, I’ll create a customized wellness plan just for you. This may include:

    • Specific herbal and natural supplement recommendations
    • Food sensitivity insights and nutrition guidance
    • Lifestyle adjustments to support gut healing
    • Follow-up recommendations to track your progress
  6. Follow-Up Support

Healing takes time and I’m here for the whole journey. Returning client sessions (1 hour, $59) allow us to re-scan, check your progress, and adjust your wellness plan as your body changes and responds.

What Is ZYTO Biocommunication Technology?

Every cell in your body is networked together, sending and receiving information to coordinate the millions of functions it processes every day. ZYTO technology taps into that communication system. Using a process called biocommunication, the software introduces digital signatures representing real items and measures how your body’s electrical response changes with each one. This reveals your body’s biological preferences (what it responds to most harmoniously), so we can stop guessing and start supporting your body with what it actually needs.

The ZYTO Hand Cradle is FDA-cleared for measuring galvanic skin response. ZYTO technology is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results are for general wellness information purposes only.

What Is Muscle Response Testing?

Muscle Response Testing is a simple way of checking how the body responds to stress through the nervous system and muscles. It does not diagnose disease. It identifies areas of imbalance or stress signals that may benefit from support.

Think of it like the doctor tapping your knee with a reflex hammer. MRT simply observes the body’s built-in reflexes. It’s a method of neuromuscular feedback that uses gentle muscle testing to watch how your body responds, because the body communicates stress through subtle changes in muscle tone. From there, we can pinpoint where you might need nutritional, emotional, or structural support.

Where other tests look at structure (MRI, X-ray) or chemistry (bloodwork), MRT shows real-time function: how your nervous system responds under stress. It’s not a substitute for medical testing — it’s a different lens.

A Faith-Rooted Perspective

God designed the body with amazing communication systems between the brain, nerves, and muscles. MRT is one way of listening to how your body communicates stress. It’s not mystical or magical — it’s a physical reflex response, like blinking or pulling your hand away from something hot. MRT is a tool to help care for the body while still trusting God as the ultimate healer.

How to Prepare for Your Visit

  • Drink plenty of water the day before and morning of your appointment
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Avoid large jewelry or metal bracelets on your wrist if possible
  • Bring the actual bottles (not just a list) of any supplements or medications you’re currently taking, so we can test them directly during MRT
  • Come ready to have an honest conversation about how you’ve been feeling

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does my first appointment take?

New client appointments are approximately 2 hours. This gives us enough time for a full health history conversation, both assessments, results review, and wellness plan creation.

What if I’m already working with a doctor?

Keep working with your doctor. Natural health consulting is complementary to conventional medicine, not a replacement for it. I always encourage clients to maintain their relationships with their primary care physicians.

How often should I come in?

For most clients, coming for a return session every 2–3 months is ideal. This allows us to track your progress, reassess your body’s priorities, and adjust your wellness plan as your needs change. You may also benefit from an additional visit anytime you’re feeling under the weather, experiencing new symptoms, going through a major life change, or simply feel like something is “off” and want extra support.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

The Discovery Call is available via phone or video. The Wellness Assessment requires an in-person visit in the Piedmont, Yukon, OKC, and Edmond Oklahoma area.

What if I’m not sure this is right for me?

Book a free 15-minute Discovery Call. It’s a no-pressure conversation to see if my approach is a good fit. Most people walk away with clarity and a sense of hope.

Is this covered by insurance?

Natural health consulting is typically not covered by insurance. All session fees are due at time of booking.
