- Book an appointment: our scheduling is handled through Practice Better, which collects information separately under their own privacy policy. Please review their policy at practicebetter.io/privacy.
- Email us directly: any information you choose to share by email.
- Subscribe to a download or newsletter: your email address (and name, if requested). We’re still selecting an email marketing platform; this section will be updated with the platform name once it’s in place.
Information We Do Not Collect
This website does not require accounts or user logins. We do not knowingly collect:
- Payment or credit card information (handled directly by Practice Better, Square, and Venmo)
- Social Security numbers or government IDs
- Personal health information through this website (PHI is collected only in the context of an in-person Wellness Assessment, governed separately)

- Send appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Provide the wellness services you have booked

We share information only with the third-party providers we use to operate our practice, and only as needed to provide our services to you:
- Practice Better for appointment scheduling, client management, and appointment confirmations and reminders
- Square and Venmo for handling session payments
- Email marketing platform (vendor to be selected) for any opt-in newsletters or downloads
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any person.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors find and use the site.
